Top Producer 8i’s Listing File provides everything you need to organize all your listing information and marketing activities. The Listing File lets you:

Closing Files

Top Producer 8i allows you to easily and efficiently finalize a sale by converting a Listing File into a Closing File: simply click “Create Closing” in the Listing File. Once created, the Closing File organizes all your information and activities, enabling you to:

• Make detailed notes about the closing
• View and modify your Closing Action Plan
• Access the seller’s contact record or listing file
• View and modify contact data about all parties in the closing
• Address an email to any closing party with just one click
• Adjust the closing status in terms of 6 status indicators: Pending (showing), Pending (not showing), Pending/Firm, Pending/Back-up, Closed/Paid and Fell Thru
• Print summary and detailed closing reports 

   

Listing & Closing Action Plans

Top Producer 8i gives you a complete system for planning and executing your listing and closing activities. Use Top Producer’s Listing and Closing Checklists for a comprehensive framework to provide outstanding service on a day-by-day, task-by-task basis. Using these checklists – which include virtually every task involved in selling a home – you can quickly add, delete or modify activities in relation to a given listing and closing, as well as create and save your own library of plans for use with different types of sellers, homes, and transactions.

Plan activities can be scheduled for a fixed date, for auto-adjusted listing and closing dates, or for “cascading” auto-adjusted dates relative to when you complete previous plan activities. Once you assign a listing or closing plan, you’ll be reminded by Today’s Business to perform all tasks.

To use this powerful feature, just apply a Listing Service Action Plan to a listing and then mark "done" all your listing plan tasks as you complete them. You can then create a personal service web page which will be automatically updated in real-time to show your completed tasks.

Flexible and easy-to-use, these features allow you to create default lists of billable and prepaid expenses that can be automatically added to each Buyer or Seller Net Sheet you create. These default items can be easily edited or deleted when you create each net sheet.
